Our Amenities

  • Wet Docks:  Deep water docking, accommodating any length and beam. Power is available for a modest fee. Potable Water is free of charge. We DO NOT have showers or a pump-out facility.
  • Dry Docks: Reserved Seasonal Space in our paved  yard for Trailer and Boat Storage with unlimited use of the Ramp. (Dry Docks may also be reserved on a Multi-day, Weekly, or Monthly basis.)
  • The Ramp and Parking Facility: Customer Friendly Ramp with convenient Service Dock. Easy to “Float the Boat” and winch onto trailer. Positively, NO POWER LOADING. The Parking Lot is large enough to accommodate Tri-axle Trailers. (Limited number of spaces available.) The Ramp is lighted for early morning Fisherman and late night Moon-gazers!
  • Self Serve Honor System: The Facility is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week. If an attendant is not available to serve you, simply serve yourself! (Please Pre-pay before using the Facility).
  1. Envelopes are provided at the ramp. 
  2. Write the Date, and Vehicle License Plate number on the envelope.
  3. Place the appropriate fee in the envelope (Rates are clearly marked on the sign at the ramp)
  4. Place the envelope in the red “BOX”
  5. Park between the striped lines, pulling all the way up to the rope fence!, and
  6. ENJOY YOUR DAY

PLEASE NOTE: Rates are per calendar day.

  • Clean Porta-John and Trash Receptacles: The Portable Toilet is located in the vicinity of the White Stockade Fence, under the large Downing’s Landing Sign.  Trash Receptacles are located in the vicinity of the White Stockade Fence also. We Proudly Re-cycle! Please help by separating: glass, aluminum cans, plastic bottles,  and trash.
  • Other Perks:

  4. Spending two days back to back? No extra charge for leaving the boat and trailer overnight with pre-arrangement.
  • Dos and Don’ts :
  1. Pre-pay for use of the ramp
  2. Take the Straps off.
  3. Put the Plug in.
  4. Be courteous of your fellow boaters.
  5. Pets are Welcome. (Please clean-up after your Pet.)
  6. Positively, NO POWER LOADING.
  7. Trim Up!, before pulling out of the Ramp!
