Downing’s Landing has been a family owned and operated Launch Facility for four generations. Jonathan and Nancy Downing are the working owners of this Landing and welcome Fisherman and Boating Enthusiasts to the facility on a Seasonal, Weekly or Daily basis.

Over many years, Jonathan and Nancy have spent considerable time improving the facility.

Currently, Downing’s Landing offers:

• Seasonal Wet Slips.  (Weekly, or Nightly, when available)
• Dry Docks. Customers have a Reserved Space in the yard for their boat and trailer for the Season, with unlimited use of the ramp.
• Season In and Out Passes. Use of the ramp for the Customer’s designated boat, with parking when available.
• Fisherman’s Passes. Seasonal In and Out Pass, limited to Early Season thru June 30, and Late Season after August 31.

The Landing has a user friendly ramp with a convenient service dock, and a paved, striped, parking area for numerous vehicles.
